Nature of services
If products and kits are personalized based on individual consultation, case analysis and specific health conditions, they are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
Eligibility for returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is not categorized under personalized homoeopathic kit The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
Product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling
⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used kits cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used kits
Personalized or customized kits
Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales or consultation services.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos as proof
After verification, we will offer:
Replacement, if possible
Full refund, excluding consultation fee
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases (excluding consultation charge- ₹500)
Eligible returns after quality check
Order cancelled before dispatch (not applicable on personalized kit)
Product not delivered due to our issue

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only (not applicable on personalized kit)
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide order details + reason for return
Wait for approval and return instructions
📦 Return shipping charges:
To be borne by the customer (unless product is defective or wrong) charge- ₹100
Personalized kit is not returnable until the product is damaged.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
Slight variations in packaging or appearance do not qualify for return
Results may vary from person to person; no refunds based on results
